By accessing or using PrismX, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use PrismX for lawful purposes only. You must not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• Prices are listed in BDT and may change without notice.
• Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.
• We accept bKash, Nagad, VISA, and Mastercard.

4. Custom Designs

You retain ownership of your original designs. By submitting a design, you grant PrismX the right to produce and fulfill your order. We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe on intellectual property or contain inappropriate content.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. PrismX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on defective or incorrectly printed items within 14 days of delivery. Custom designs are non-refundable unless we made an error. For full details, see our Return Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrismX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
